Pay cash on delivery when the parcel reaches the door. Delivery across Bosnia and Herzegovina is 7 KM, and free from 59 KM.

Every order goes out in our paper box. If you would like Eid wrapping or a handwritten dedication, leave a note with your order or write to us.

We write dedications by hand, in Bosnian, English or Arabic, at no extra cost.

Questions we get asked

Will the gift arrive in time for Eid?
Order a few days ahead and it will. Delivery across Bosnia and Herzegovina usually takes 1 to 3 working days, and for Sarajevo and the surrounding area it is most often next day. In the days right before Eid, order as early as you can to be sure.
Can I add a dedication to the gift?
Yes. Leave a note with your order telling us what to write, or send us a message. We write dedications by hand, in Bosnian, English or Arabic, at no extra cost.
Can you send it straight to the person receiving it?
Yes. Enter their address as the delivery address when you order. We do not put the invoice in the parcel, only the product and your dedication if you asked for one.
Can I buy a gift at your shop in Sarajevo?
Yes. Our shop is at SCC Sarajevo, Vrbanja 1, third floor, and carries the whole line. We wrap gifts on the spot.
