Shipping policy

We ship from Sarajevo and you pay when the parcel reaches your door. Here is what delivery costs, how long it takes, and what we do if the product is not right for you.

Delivery in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Your order goes to BH Post in Sarajevo and reaches you in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery costs 7 KM. On orders from 59 KM we cover it. The exact amount is shown in your cart before you confirm.

Cash on delivery

You pay at your door when the parcel arrives, anywhere in Bosnia and Herzegovina. No card needed to place an order.

Pickup in Sarajevo

You can also collect the order yourself. Choose pickup at checkout and the parcel is ready within an hour. It waits for you at our shop at Vrbanja 1, between 10:00 and 22:00. Pickup carries no delivery charge.

Where we deliver

We deliver within Bosnia and Herzegovina. If you are abroad, you can order and send to an address in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The send to family in BiH page explains how. If the parcel needs to reach you outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, add your country to the waitlist. The countries we hear from most are the ones we open next.

If the product is not right for you

You have 14 days from delivery to try it. If your skin does not agree with it, even once the pack is open, we refund the full amount including the delivery you paid. A courier collects the parcel from your address and we cover the return shipping. The full terms are in our refund policy.
