Can I smell a product before I buy it?
Yes. The shop is in Sarajevo, in the SCC on the third floor. We open the bottle, you smell it and take a drop on your hand before you pay for anything. Address and opening hours.
What is in the range?
Face, hair and body care: a cleanser, a shampoo, a conditioner, a mask, a body polish, a body milk, a shower gel, argan oil, black seed oil, a lash serum and a tinted balm. The whole line sits on the products page. We ship across Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Where do you ship?
We ship within Bosnia and Herzegovina. Delivery is 7 KM, and free from 59 KM, as set out in our delivery terms. Ordering from abroad for someone in BiH? Use their address in Bosnia. For delivery to you outside the country we keep a waitlist, and we open the countries we hear from most first.
How do I pay, and what does delivery cost?
You pay the courier in cash when the parcel reaches you. Delivery is 7 KM, and free from 59 KM. You can also collect in person at our shop in Sarajevo, on the third floor of the SCC.
When will I notice a difference?
Skin tends to tell you quickly whether a routine suits it: less tightness after washing, a softer feel, and fewer steps to keep up with.
Which products are sulfate-free?
The AMAAN face cleanser and the IHLA shampoo wash without sulfates. Every full ingredient list is in the INCI list by product.
Which products are silicone-free?
IHLA, LHRIR, ANU, ANNAY and SANOUJ. Every full ingredient list is in the INCI list by product.
Where do the ingredients come from?
Our argan oil comes from the Souss-Massa region of southwestern Morocco. We develop and make our products with more than 160 collectives across Morocco. The full INCI list sits on the ingredients page, down to the last ingredient.
How do I ask a question before buying?
