All prices are shown in Bosnia and Herzegovina convertible marks (KM) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and product availability without prior notice.

3. Orders

An order becomes valid once confirmed by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there are payment, data or availability issues.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are shown during checkout. We aren't responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

5. Returns and claims

Claims are accepted by email within 48 hours of receipt. Details are in our refund policy.
