Questions we get asked
Can I order from Germany, Austria or Switzerland?
Yes. Place the order from abroad and enter the person in Bosnia as the delivery address. We send the parcel from Sarajevo, so the person receiving it pays no customs.
Does the invoice go in the parcel?
No. The invoice stays out of the box. They receive the product, a card, and the dedication you left in the order note.
Can I add a dedication?
Yes. Write a short message in the order note. We can add it in Bosnian, English or Arabic.
Who pays for delivery?
Delivery is calculated at checkout before you confirm the order, and it is free from 59 KM. The person receiving it just collects the parcel, and cash on delivery is available.
What if I do not know the exact street number or municipality?
Enter what you know and message us straight away at hussam@weareazourane.com. If the order has not gone out yet, we will correct the address before it reaches the post.
