  1. Order at weareazourane.com. Pay by card in euros or BAM at the daily rate.
  2. Enter the recipient's address in BiH. Not your address abroad. Recipient address = where the package arrives.
  3. We ship by BH Pošta in 1 to 3 business days. Sarajevo and surroundings usually next day.
  4. The invoice does not go in the package. Only the product, dedication if you ordered one, our card.
  5. You get an email when the package is delivered. You can track via BH Pošta tracking number.

Can I pay by card from Germany or anywhere in the EU?
Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express. Charge happens in euros or converted to BAM at your bank's daily rate. Apple Pay and Google Pay also work.
What if the recipient address is wrong or missing a number?
Email us at hussam@weareazourane.com as soon as you notice. We call BH Pošta and correct before shipping. If the package has already left, the courier contacts the recipient.
Does the recipient pay customs or any extra charge?
No. Everything is processed in BiH. The price in your cart is the final price. BH Pošta delivers without any additional charge.
Can I add a dedication in Arabic?
Yes. We write by hand in Bosnian, English, or Arabic. At checkout, paste the text in the order note, or send by email. If your text uses Arabic script, just paste it in the note.
Can the recipient return the product if it does not suit them?
Yes, the support after purchase applies to gifts too. If the recipient's skin does not respond well, they email us and we send a courier to collect the package. Support goes to the card used for payment (yours).
Can I send multiple packages to different people in BiH?
Yes. Place orders one by one, each with a different shipping address. Or email us, especially if you are sending for Eid, birthdays, or March 8. We organize together.
Do you offer a discount for larger quantities?
For 5+ packages at once (e.g. the whole extended family receives Face Duo), email us at hussam@weareazourane.com. We arrange a quantity discount and shipping to multiple addresses.
