How do I use this soap?

Lather between palms or apply directly to the face or body, then rinse. Avoid the eye area.

Does it have a scent?

Yes. Contains fragrance and allergens Linalool and Coumarin.

Why is the soap red, and what is it good for?

The color comes from the Aker Fassi tradition (poppy extract) and mineral pigments. It's visually distinctive and also has a positive effect on the skin. Gently brightens and freshens the complexion, and helps a tired-looking complexion.

Is it good for sensitive skin and for the face?

This is an alkaline soap (pH 9–11). It can be used, but with sensitive or dry skin it's smart to apply a cream or oil afterward to keep skin hydrated.

How do I make the soap last?

Let it dry in an airy soap dish after each use. Shelf life after opening is 6 months.
