Moroccan skincare where the plant oils do the work. We keep a shop inside Sarajevo City Center, so you can pick a bottle up, smell it, and ask someone who knows what is in it. If ordering is easier, we ship across Bosnia and Herzegovina and you pay the courier at your door.

Three things a screen cannot do

Hold it
You see how big the bottle actually is, how the pump behaves, how the oil leaves the dropper. A photograph never gets that right.

Smell it
With body care, scent decides half the purchase. ANU and ALJIG lean on orange blossom, TAFUKT on coffee. The testers on the shelf are open.

Ask a person
Hussam is usually in the shop. Tell him your skin flakes in winter and the answer comes from the ingredient list, not from a catalogue.

What is on the shelves
Face. AMAAN gentle cleanser, the TIFAWT clay mask, and 100% argan oil as the last step.
Single products run from 30 to 60 KM, sets a little above that. The full range sits in the product collection.
What natural means on this shelf
Two products are one ingredient and nothing else. The argan oil is cold-pressed, unrefined, first press. SANOUJ is pure black seed oil, cold-pressed as well.
The argan oil has a laboratory analysis for its batch. Free acidity 0.52 percent against a limit of 1.5. Peroxide value 1 against a limit of 15. Those are the numbers of a fresh oil that has not been through refining.
The rest are formulas, and the plant oils show up in the ingredient list. Prickly pear seed oil and kaolin clay in the TIFAWT mask. Avocado, almond and argan in the LHRIR conditioner. Argan and shea butter in ANU body milk. Sugar, coffee and almond in the TAFUKT polish. Aloe vera in the IHLA shampoo. Jojoba in the ANNAY serum.

Where it comes from
AZOURANE is the name of the mountain Hussam's family comes from. We buy our ingredients in Morocco, mostly in the Souss-Massa region, working with more than 160 women's cooperatives. The women who prepare the ingredients are paid directly.

We ship with BH Post across Bosnia and Herzegovina. Parcels usually arrive in 1 to 2 working days. Delivery is 7 KM and free from 59 KM. You pay cash to the courier when the parcel reaches your door.
Questions
What does natural cosmetics mean at your shop?
That the plant ingredient does real work in the formula instead of sitting on the label for the name. Two products are a single ingredient: argan oil and black seed oil. The others carry prickly pear oil, avocado, almond, argan, shea butter, aloe vera and jojoba, and you can find each of them in the declaration on the product page.
Do you sell pure, cold-pressed oils?
Two of them. Argan oil in 30 ml, cold-pressed and unrefined, with a laboratory analysis for the batch. And SANOUJ black seed oil in 50 ml, also cold-pressed and a single ingredient.
Can I buy in Sarajevo without ordering online?
Yes. The shop is in Sarajevo City Center, Vrbanja 1, third floor, open every day from 10:00 to 22:00. No appointment needed. In the shop you can pay by cash or card.
How do I pay for an online order?
Cash on delivery. You order, the parcel arrives with BH Post in 1 to 2 working days, and you pay the courier then. Delivery is 7 KM, free from 59 KM.
Where do the ingredients come from?
From Morocco, mostly the Souss-Massa region. We work with more than 160 women's cooperatives and pay them directly. The finished products are made in Morocco.
