IHLA and LHRIR: washing and conditioning hair

IHLA for a clean scalp, LHRIR for softer lengths: the washing and conditioning order.

For a clean scalp and softer lengths, shampoo and conditioner have different roles. IHLA washes, while LHRIR helps with detangling.

IHLA first

Apply to wet hair, gently massage the scalp and rinse thoroughly. Aloe vera, glycerin and hydrolysed wheat protein are part of its formula.

Then LHRIR

Squeeze out excess water and spread conditioner over the lengths and ends. Leave for two to three minutes, then rinse. Argan, avocado and shea butter help fingers glide through hair.

Both products come in 250 ml bottles. Read the complete ingredient lists.
