This Privacy Policy explains how AZOURANE collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit weareazourane.com or communicate with us. Below is a summary of what we collect, why, and what rights you have.

1. What we collect

We only collect what's needed to fulfill orders and to communicate with you:

• Contact details: name, address, phone number, email.
• Order details: delivery address, order items, payment confirmation.
• Site usage data: IP address, device type, browser, plus how you move through the site, where you click, and a recording of your session (via cookies and Microsoft Clarity).

Orders are paid cash on delivery, to the courier, when the parcel arrives. You never enter card details anywhere on this site, so we never receive, process or store them.

2. How we use your data

• To process and deliver orders.
• For customer support and to answer your questions.
• To send order-related emails (confirmation, delivery, returns).
• For marketing. Only if you've signed up for our newsletter (you can opt out at any time).
• For analytics and site improvement. We look at how the site is used, not who you are.

3. Cookies

We use cookies so the site works (cart, login) and to measure traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work correctly. For details on Shopify cookies, see shopify.com/legal/cookies.

We use Microsoft Clarity for analytics. Clarity records how the site is used: which pages you open, where you click, how you scroll, and a playback of your session. We watch that to find where people get stuck and fix it. Clarity does not receive your name, address, email or order contents from us. Microsoft processes this data under its privacy statement.

4. Who we share data with

We only share your data with partners who help us operate:

• Shopify. The platform our store runs on and where orders are processed.
• Courier services. To deliver the parcel and collect the cash-on-delivery payment.
• Microsoft Clarity. For site usage analytics and session recordings.
• Legal authorities. Only when required by law.

We never sell your data to third parties.

5. Your rights

• Access: you can request a copy of your data.
• Correction: you can ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion: you can ask us to delete your data (except where law requires us to keep it).
• Marketing opt-out: via the link in any email, or by writing to hussam@weareazourane.com.

6. Data retention

We keep data only as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose and our legal obligations (e.g. accounting regulations). After that it's deleted or anonymized.

We take reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Transmitting data over the internet is never fully secure. Please use our site with that in mind. If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify us immediately.

8. Children

We don't knowingly collect personal information through this website from children under 13. The 13-year limit applies exclusively to account creation and online data collection. Not to product use.
