Can I try a product before I buy it?
Yes. The shop is in Sarajevo, in the SCC on the third floor. We open a tester for you, and you try it on your hand before you pay for anything. Address and opening hours.
What is in the range?
Face, hair and body care: a face cream, a mask, a shampoo, a conditioner, a body polish, a body milk, a shower gel, argan oil, black seed oil, a lash and brow serum and a tinted balm for lips and cheeks. The whole line sits on the products page.
Where do you ship?
We ship by BH Post to any address in Bosnia and Herzegovina, usually within one to two working days. Ordering from abroad for someone in BiH? Use their address in Bosnia. For delivery to you outside the country we keep a waitlist.
How do I pay, and what does delivery cost?
By card when you order, or in cash to the courier when the parcel arrives. Delivery is 8 KM, free from 59 KM (delivery terms). You can also collect your order in person at our shop.
When will I notice a difference?
A lot of it you feel straight away. After TAFUKT your skin is smooth enough for body milk to glide over it, after LHRIR your fingers slide through your hair, and your face looks fresher as soon as you rinse off TIFAWT.
Which products are sulfate-free?
The IHLA shampoo washes without sulfates.
Which products are silicone-free?
All of them are silicone-free. Check the full ingredient list of any product.
Where do the ingredients come from?
We source our ingredients from more than 160 women's cooperatives across Morocco, and Moroccan labs make the products. Our argan oil is made by cooperatives in the Souss-Massa region.
