Moroccan cosmetics in BiH | AZOURANE Sarajevo

AZOURANE is a Moroccan cosmetics brand based in Sarajevo. Ingredients come from women's cooperatives in Souss-Massa, southwestern Morocco. Formulation, manufacturing, and packaging happen in Moroccan labs. We bring the finished products into Bosnia and Herzegovina, sell from a physical store at SCC Sarajevo, and ship via BH Post across BiH, usually 1 to 2 business days. Over 600 families in BiH already use AZOURANE.

What we offer

Three products from our Moroccan line are available right now, online or at the SCC Sarajevo store:

  • AMAAN cleanser, 30 KM. Gentle face cleanser with AQUAXYL, aloe vera, and Coco-Glucoside from coconut. Sulfate-free. Doesn't sting, even in the eye. View AMAAN.
  • AFOULKI face cream, 55 KM. Hydrating cream with cold-pressed Moroccan argan, prickly pear seed oil, and AQUAXYL. Fragrance-free. View AFOULKI.

Why Moroccan cosmetics

Argan, prickly pear, and rose water are not new ingredients in Morocco. The Berber women in Souss-Massa have used them for generations. In 2014 UNESCO inscribed the argan know-how onto the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity list. AZOURANE works directly with the cooperatives that hand-pick these ingredients.

Most "Moroccan" cosmetics on the BiH market are reformulated industrial products with argan added as a marketing claim. AZOURANE is different. The full chain, from harvest to formulation to packaging, runs in Morocco. We bring the finished product to BiH and sell it at a price that reflects the real work, not a bloated import margin.

How to order

Online. Visit weareazourane.com. We ship via BH Post across BiH, usually 1 to 2 business days. Cash on delivery or card. Free delivery on orders over 80 KM. The AMAAN Duo and Face Duo sets always ship free.

In person. Visit our store at SCC Sarajevo (Sarajevo City Center, Vrbanja 1), third floor. Open every day, 10:00 to 22:00. You can smell the products, ask questions, and pick up your order on the spot.

Delivery and returns

BH Post handles delivery across all of BiH, including Sarajevo, Mostar, Banja Luka, Tuzla, Bijeljina, Zenica, and beyond. Most parcels arrive within 1 to 2 business days from order. Cash on delivery or card payment, your choice. Free delivery on orders over 80 KM.

If a product doesn't work for your skin, you have consistent use from delivery to contact us. We arrange a return or exchange. We reply personally, not via bot.

Where do you ship?

Across all of BiH via BH Post, usually 1 to 2 business days. International shipping is currently paused; we may resume it for select EU and Balkans destinations later in 2026.

What's the delivery cost?

11 KM across BiH. Free on orders over 80 KM. The AMAAN Duo gift set and the Face Duo set always ship free.

Can I return a product?

Are products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. AMAAN is sulfate-free and gentle enough for the eye area. AFOULKI is fragrance-free. Both are safe for sensitive skin profiles. For specific concerns (pregnancy, dermatitis), consult your doctor before adding a new product.
