AMAAN, ALJIG, ANU and IHLA sit at pH 5.0 to 5.5. The LHRIR conditioner is 4.0 to 4.5. The TIFAWT mask is 5.5 to 6.0. Argan oil, SANOUJ, TAFUKT and AZGGAGH are anhydrous formulas, so pH is not a meaningful figure for them, and for the ANNAY serum pH is not determined on the specification. Every figure below is transcribed from the manufacturer specification for that product.
| Product | Form | pH on specification | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| AMAAN Facial Cleanser, 200 ml | foaming cleanser, water based | 5.0 to 5.5 | manufacturer specification |
| AMAAN Duo | two units of the same cleanser | 5.0 to 5.5 | manufacturer specification for AMAAN |
| AMAAN Trio | three units of the same cleanser | 5.0 to 5.5 | manufacturer specification for AMAAN |
| ALJIG Glycerin Body Wash, 250 ml | body wash, water based | 5.0 to 5.5 | manufacturer specification |
| ANU Argan Body Milk, 250 ml | body emulsion | 5.0 to 5.5 | manufacturer specification |
| IHLA Shampoo, 250 ml | shampoo, water based | 5.0 to 5.5 | manufacturer specification |
| LHRIR Hair Conditioner, 250 ml | conditioner, emulsion | 4.0 to 4.5 | manufacturer specification |
| TIFAWT Clay Face Mask, 200 g | clay mask, emulsion | 5.5 to 6.0 | manufacturer specification |
| ANNAY Lash and Brow Serum, 10 ml | serum, water based | not determined on the specification | manufacturer specification |
| TAFUKT Body Polish, 200 g | sugar polish, anhydrous paste | not applicable | manufacturer specification records pH as not applicable |
| AZGGAGH Lip and Cheek Balm, 20 g | anhydrous balm | not determined on the specification | manufacturer specification |
| 100 % Argan Oil, 30 ml | anhydrous oil | not applicable | safety data sheet records pH as not applicable |
| SANOUJ Black Seed Oil, 50 ml | anhydrous oil | recorded as neutral, with no numeric value | supplier specification |
AMAAN Duo and AMAAN Trio are multi unit packs of the same cleanser, so they carry the same value.
The same specifications record colour, appearance and relative density. They are transcribed here without rounding and without interpretation.
| Product | Colour | Appearance per specification | Relative density at 20 °C |
|---|---|---|---|
| AMAAN Facial Cleanser | transparent | liquid | not determined |
| ALJIG Body Wash | off white | viscous liquid | 1.0 to 1.03 |
| ANU Body Milk | white | creamy | 0.95 to 1.05 |
| IHLA Shampoo | white | viscous liquid | not determined |
| LHRIR Conditioner | white | viscous paste | not determined |
| TIFAWT Face Mask | blue | homogeneous mask | not determined |
| ANNAY Serum | off white | liquid | 0.90 to 0.93 |
| TAFUKT Body Polish | brown | solid paste | not determined |

pH is a measure of how acidic a water based system is, on a scale from 0 to 14. Seven is neutral, lower is acidic, higher is alkaline. It can only be measured where there is water, which is why an anhydrous oil and an anhydrous balm have no meaningful pH.
Conditioners are normally formulated at a lower pH than shampoos, which the table shows: the IHLA shampoo is 5.0 to 5.5 and the LHRIR conditioner is 4.0 to 4.5.
Where the table reads not determined on the specification, the manufacturer did not measure that value and did not state it. We do not write in a figure that is not in the document.
A period after opening is stated for two products: AMAAN at 12 months on the manufacturer specification, and TAFUKT at 12 months on the current packaging. For the rest, the specifications we hold do not state one.
The LHRIR hair conditioner, at 4.0 to 4.5. It is the only product in the range with a pH below 5.
5.0 to 5.5, on the manufacturer specification. The same value applies to AMAAN Duo and AMAAN Trio, which are packs of the same cleanser.
5.5 to 6.0, on the manufacturer specification. It is the highest value in the range.
Both are anhydrous oils, and pH can only be measured in a system that contains water. The safety data sheet for the argan oil records pH as not applicable, and the SANOUJ specification records neutral with no numeric value.
It means the manufacturer did not measure that value and did not state it on the specification. It applies to pH for the ANNAY serum and the AZGGAGH balm, and to relative density for six products.
No, they are the formula specification. A specification is the range the formula is held to in every production run, so it applies to every unit of that formula.
The full INCI list for every product is on the Ingredients and allergens page. Declared allergens product by product are on the Allergens page.
